Providing your items are in stock, non-personalised orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse.
Personalised orders are usually shipped within 4-6 working days from our warehouse.
Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Wedding Season/Diwali, new product launches, or sale periods, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in a slight processing or shipping delays.
Yes, we ship globally to almost all the countries in the world serviceable by reputed shipping partners such as India Post, Blue Dart, DHL, Fedex etc.
Standard delivery time in India varies from 2-7 working days after orders are shipped from our warehouse , depending on the serviceability as per the logistics/ courier partner.
Standard international delivery time varies between 10-14 working days after shipping, depending on the destination country and logistics partner.

Domestic orders: A flat fee of INR 149 is charged for shipping on all domestic prepaid orders below 5000 INR.
Prepaid orders above 5000 INR are eligible for free shipping.
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be charged INR 199 as shipping fee.
International orders : Shipping fee depends on the weight of the items and number(quantity).
Shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page accordingly.
Offers: We may from time to time offer free international shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid and the above will be terminated for that duration.
COD is available for all Non-Personalised items only. This service is available only in India at serviceable pin-codes upto an order value of INR 7000. For COD orders, you may be contacted by our team via Call/WhatsApp/Email to confirm before processing.
Please Note: Incase your order contains any personalised/customised products, we shall not be able to process orders on COD. We will require a prepayment for such orders. Incase you are unable to make a payment on our website payment gateway, kindly drop us a message/email or WhatsApp us on +91+9015022222 to request our bank details, direct payment link or any other payment method (Paytm, Google Pay etc.). Selecting the COD option & checking out will not complete the purchase process for personalised products. The order will be confirmed only on the day the payment is received in our bank account.
We have a no-return/exchange policy. Incase you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect product , please contact our team and they will help you with a replacement . For further details please read our Return & Refund Policy on the website
