Returns, Refunds and Replacements
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable.
The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Please mail us at email@example.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our warehouse or shipped i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Personalised/customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Changes in your order information
In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out with it.
