What makes the Lachi duo box special?

The Duo Box is a thoughtfully curated stationery set designed for both gifting and personal use. It brings together beautifully crafted Money Envelopes and matching Gift Tags in a rigid, premium-quality box made with imported fine paper over thick cardboard. The box feels substantial, structured, and refined, designed to store and present your stationery elegantly. Each piece features digital offset printing with gold foil detailing, creating a cohesive and elevated finish. Whether you're celebrating an occasion or simply keeping elegant stationery on hand, the Duo Box combines practicality with understated luxury.

What is included in the duo box?

The Duo Box is available in sets of 10, 20, or 25, and includes: Money Envelopes (7.25” x 3.5”), Gift Tags (4” x 2.5”), 3 yards of jute rope for the tags, metal rivets for durability, and a rigid gift box (10.3” x 5” x 2”) made with imported fine paper over thick cardboard. All envelopes and tags are crafted using 280 GSM premium eco-friendly paper with gold foil detailing. Each set contains an equal mix of ‘Best Wishes’ and ‘With Love’ tags on the front (for example, a set of 10 includes 5 of each). Envelopes come with peel-off tape for secure sealing.

How is personalisation done?

Products in the Duo Box can be personalised with your name or message. Personalisation is printed in dark brown or non-foiled gold, selected for best visibility based on the design's base colour. Please enter your full message, including any greeting, in the Name/Content box. Text is printed exactly as entered, so kindly review spelling and formatting before submission.

Will I receive a proof before printing for personalised orders?

Proofs are not shared by default to maintain smooth timelines. If you require a preview, please mention it clearly in your order notes or WhatsApp our team immediately after placing the order. Once an order moves into production, proof sharing or changes cannot be made.

How long does personalisation and delivery take?

Standard personalisation takes 2 to 4 working days before dispatch. Gold foil personalisation takes 7 to 9 working days before dispatch. Non-personalised orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location in India.

Why isn't cash on delivery available for personalised orders?

Personalised pieces are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, which is why we do not offer Cash on Delivery for personalised products. Lachi has been trusted by 30,000+ customers, and every order is handled with care and consistency. For non-personalised products, we do offer Cash on Delivery up to a certain order value. You can securely complete your purchase using our online payment options, including credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment modes. If you prefer a payment link, bank transfer, or cash deposit, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist you with the details.

What if there's a printing error or quality concern?

If there is a manufacturing or printing error from our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will review and resolve the concern promptly.

Do you offer bulk orders or custom designs?

You can directly select quantities from 20 to 500 pieces on the website. For larger quantities, please contact our team. Custom designs are also possible subject to minimum quantities, so reach out via email or WhatsApp to begin the conversation.

Do you ship internationally? How long does delivery take?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For international deliveries, please place your order on our website at www.shoplachi.com. International delivery timelines typically range between 10 to 20 working days post dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processes. For express delivery options or Delhi pickup assistance, kindly get in touch with our team before placing your order so we can guide you accordingly. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges, if applicable, must be paid directly by the recipient as per the regulations of the destination country. While we ensure timely dispatch from our end, we are not liable for delays caused due to customs clearance procedures.

Do you offer urgent dispatch or rush orders?

Yes, we understand that gifting timelines can sometimes be tight. Lachi is based in Delhi, and for Delhi NCR orders, rush processing may be possible within 24 to 48 hours, depending on order volume and production load. For other locations, urgent dispatch may be possible, and certain express courier options can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. If you're working with a deadline, please WhatsApp our team before placing your order to check feasibility. We'll guide you honestly on what can be accommodated.

Are Lachi products returnable?

At Lachi, quality is non-negotiable. Every product goes through careful quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our design and finishing standards. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing or printing defect from our end. If such a concern arises, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will review the matter and resolve it promptly. We stand by the quality of what we create, and we believe in fairness, both to our customers and to the craft.
